When I first met doctor Wallosten I thought she was very sure and telling me what to do. This time around she listened much more and took great care to investigate what could be wrong with me.

Knowledgeable and experienced doctor, very thorough in diagnosing the issue. Swift and capable. I had to bring my two sons with me and she was friendly with them and made them feel comfortable, very helpful for me as it wasn’t ideal that I had to bring them but she has helped to give them a positive experience of the doctors surgery as well! Great bedside manner.

I find Dr Wollaston very caring and empathetic. I feel she knows me well and also remembers my late husband, who was also on her list. This helps a greater understanding of my circumstances.

Appointment was very rushed, Doctor spoke very loudly at me as if I was deaf rather than presenting with a speech problem. Carried out cursory motor function tests in such a rapid and perfunctory manner to render them useless. Left feeling unsure about what will happen next. Not the usually very high sense of care and support I have previously received from this surgery.
